“Our bodies were not designed to thrive on the current processed and refined Western diet available the health consequences of our highly processed low nutrient food has manifested physically in numerous ways from digestive disorders to chronic disease.
Many of us do not have the right information available to us to make wise choices that benefit us fully. When we rely upon the unscrupulous food industry and advertising and media hype and hysteria it is not for our benefit but for their profits and sensationalism.
My work is about educating, supporting and empowering people to make intelligent and informed diet choices that positively impact their energy levels, productivity, weight and overall wellbeing.”
For four years I was the Food Specialist for the health food chain Fresh & Wild now Wholefoods and in that time I was privileged to have training by professionals in all areas of health; nutrition, herbs, flower remedies, skin care, Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.
Charlotte is available to speak on a variety of topics to any groups on the subject of of healthy eating.
Charlotte will also be speaking at the Newly Developed Bagnall Centre for Integrated Health in Chesham as from May 2012

Dear Charlotte
We would like to thank you so much for your fantastic presentation both on Wednesday & Thursday. You had such impact in a short period of time. Absolutely brilliant.
I thought that you would like to see some of the comments that the girls have fed back to me (see below):
In addition – a number of the girls have expressed interest in your services on specific subjects one evening in September. Please could we discuss this in more detail.
It would be great if perhaps you could send recipes etc to all at the above email addresses.
Once again thank you for your precious time & enthusiasm & thank you Esther for sharing one of your friends with us.
Kind Regards
Michelle
